Vegan winter boot
The Retread Boot MK4 is a new VEGETARIAN Shoes x avesu edition. The sturdy winter boot is 100% vegan – with an upper made of smooth faux vegetan leather (cotton and PU) and abrasion-resistant soles with non-slip tread made of rubber and thermoplastic. The Retread Boot is warmly lined and the vegan leather is durable, ages beautifully and is easy to care for. The D-ring lacing makes the boot comfortable and quick to lace up, and the sewn-in sole keeps your feet protected from moisture.
The original Retread Boot was one of the first shoes designed by Vegetarian Shoes founder Robb Webb in the 80s, when he was experimenting with different vegan materials. With this edition, we celebrate our long-standing partnership with Vegetarian Shoes, which has been one of our most popular brands since our founding in 2010.
We recommend treating every (winter) shoe with vegan waterproofing spray and shoe polish to keep the vegan leather water-repellent and elastic.
