LAÃœD uses coffee capsules, mattress and pillow waste and plastic bottles. The production takes place in a small family-run factory in Elche, Spain – where the materials used are also made. This minimises manufacturing routes and reduces the carbon footprint by 40% compared to a traditional sneaker.
